Review Description

I hired United to transport a Porsche 930 that I purchased in Florida to Southern California. Their quote was lower then others that I received. They picked up the car on the scheduled date. My disappointment with United was that they did not mention that they had brokered the job to another transporter. I found this out when they picked up the car. United did assume full liability for the car. The driver was excellent. He kept me informed of his progress. Unfortunately, he had a problem with the lift gate on the trailer. He had it repaired and still delivered the car a day ahead of schedule. He and his dispatcher apologized for the delay. United also did let me know about his progress and contacted me after the delivery to confirm that it arrived in the same condition as when it left.
