: A few things were broken.
They are completely rude and completely rip you off. They scam you by having you pick a delivery date knowing that they have 21 business days after the date you have selected. I waited six weeks for my belongings to arrive. A few things were broken and one item was lost. The most horrific experience I have ever had dealing with anyone in business ever.

: AVOID THIS TRANSPORT COMPANY
I contracted this company in September to transport my vehicle since I had a broken foot and was unable to drive across country. The deposit check was cashed quickly but the vehicle was NEVER picked up. I waited until the contract expired, followed the instructions for a refund; it has been over 3 months and I have not received a refund. I have contacted the company on several occasions and always told it would be looked into. (more)

: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY
I was moving across the country I hired this company. Just before I was to move, I had a change of plans and cancelled my order with them. According to our contract, they would refund me all of my money, less the $250 cancellation fee. Despite many phone calls and emails from me, they have never refunded my money. It is now 3 months since I initially contacted the company for my refund.
The bookkeeper of the company informed me that their bank accounts had been emptied through fraud, and that they were going through quite an ordeal, and THAT was why I hadn't received my refund. That was more than a month ago and I still haven't seen my refund. I am not sure if that was dishonest, but it's not an excuse to give to your customers. (more)

After several months being told someone would be calling to pick up our vehicle, it never happened. We canceled the contract on 8/1 and still do not have our refund. I am consulting with an attorney. (more)

I recently needed to transport my sons car to Boston College. I called and emailed quite a few companies. This company transferred my call to scheduling and the associate, explained the process completely to me, and also indicated that some of my sons clothing could be put in the trunk of the car as well.This worked for me, and my sons vehicle arrived a estimated. infact the company who transported, had to wait for my son to finish class, which they also did. I will definately use them again to take the car back home when school is finised. (more)

They are rude, dishonest and very unprofessional. They will keeep your deposit. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Paid deposit and never received car. Never returned deposit even through they didn't ship car (more)

I used them to move my car from florida to jersey. They were very nice from the minute I called . My car arrived in perfect condititon in a timely fashion. I will def use them on my return back (more)

Veicle was transported from New mexico to my home in kennelon nj, a pleasurable experience, The customer service representative was honest and explained why a delivery date could not be guaranteed, although I was lokking for a guarantee. She said "I could lie and tell you 5 days but that would never be accurate or honest" (more)

They delivered my vehicle on time. Transaction was smooth and it was at a reasonable price. If I need to transport my vehicle again I would definitely use them again! (more)

They were very nasty one the phone when i called to see when the car was getting picked up. They kept saying a date and then would keep changing it when they new i had a plain to get. there broker fee was 400 dollars and i have never herd of that before. i have moved my car four times already too. An i never had so many problems. They would be real nasty if you would call to see what is going on with the pick up. DO NOT GO WITH THEM THEY ARE A SCAM!!! I lost 250 dollars (more)
