Veicle was transported from New mexico to my home in kennelon nj, a pleasurable experience, The customer service representative was honest and explained why a delivery date could not be guaranteed, although I was lokking for a guarantee. She said "I could lie and tell you 5 days but that would never be accurate or honest"
