Review Description

I was moving across the country I hired this company. Just before I was to move, I had a change of plans and cancelled my order with them. According to our contract, they would refund me all of my money, less the $250 cancellation fee. Despite many phone calls and emails from me, they have never refunded my money. It is now 3 months since I initially contacted the company for my refund. The bookkeeper of the company informed me that their bank accounts had been emptied through fraud, and that they were going through quite an ordeal, and THAT was why I hadn't received my refund. That was more than a month ago and I still haven't seen my refund. I am not sure if that was dishonest, but it's not an excuse to give to your customers.
