RUN!!! DO NOT sign a contract!!! Their website says: No Hidden fees. No Up-Front Charges- ONE Flat fee! All inclusive auto shipping rates, without any charges up front until you are assigned a truck. Gary Cooper sent me a contract before he even got a driver. Then he charged me $75 to cancel saying the driver was waiting on me. BIG LIE! I never got a contact from dispatch. I got NO service, NO truck assigned and NO budging when I asked for a refund. Their reps contradict themselves and each other. Poor customer service all around. I DO NOT recommend.  (more)

My "agent" Michael was consistently untruthful with me, did not keep me informed of the shipment process and arranged for my car pickup 3 days later than the date he informed me of without telling me at all, I ended up having to leave my car with friends to be picked up because of the failure of this company to provide service I had paid for.. well extra for in fact.. I paid an extra 250 to have my car expedited.. meaning it would be picked up "guaranteed" within 24-48 hours… it got pickup up 4 days later and they did not refund the money for the expedited service even though that service was not provided. I would NEVER recommend this company.  (more)

I contracted National Car Transport to move my vehicle. They were honest with me from the first day was told by Michael that I would have my vehicle within 7-10 days from the day pick up. My vehicle arrived safe and will recommend them again to friends and family. Thank you  (more)
