Review Description
My "agent" Michael was consistently untruthful with me, did not keep me informed of the shipment process and arranged for my car pickup 3 days later than the date he informed me of without telling me at all, I ended up having to leave my car with friends to be picked up because of the failure of this company to provide service I had paid for.. well extra for in fact.. I paid an extra 250 to have my car expedited.. meaning it would be picked up "guaranteed" within 24-48 hours… it got pickup up 4 days later and they did not refund the money for the expedited service even though that service was not provided. I would NEVER recommend this company.
