Review Description
RUN!!! DO NOT sign a contract!!! Their website says: No Hidden fees. No Up-Front Charges- ONE Flat fee! All inclusive auto shipping rates, without any charges up front until you are assigned a truck. Gary Cooper sent me a contract before he even got a driver. Then he charged me $75 to cancel saying the driver was waiting on me. BIG LIE! I never got a contact from dispatch. I got NO service, NO truck assigned and NO budging when I asked for a refund. Their reps contradict themselves and each other. Poor customer service all around. I DO NOT recommend.
