Subject : great experience

I am giving them 4 out of 5 stars ONLY because my car took a little longer than originally quoted for delivery. Nick was great. He had 3 hours notice to pick my car up in NC. Super accommodating, friendly and very careful with my car. Pam was very friendly about the 3 hour notice (my other car delivery service truck broke down in Virginia and I had a one way ticket to CA so I couldnot mess around with a truck repair) Both of them helped me stay calm, catch my flight and my car was loaded without any problems.... I would use them again Thank you Nick and Pam A happy customer!  (more)

Subject : Great Job

Given the overall customer service record of almost all transport brokers, we were quite anxious about transporting my daughters vehicle from Virginia to the port of Long Beach, for shipment to Hawaii. 360 Auto Brokerage seemed to have the best record available. We dealt with Ann, who was knowledgeable and courteous. We initially wanted 360 to handle the shipping themselves through their carrier company, but their carrier company now works only in Texas and the southwest. Instead, Ann made every effort to find and work with a carrier where they had had a good experience and who would pick up in Virginia and drop off in Long Beach. Ann selected NPS out of Upland, CA and the choice was excellent. The driver for NPS - Nick - made every effort to arrive early (and did) so that the vehicle would be delivered in time for drop off at Matson Lines in Long Beach for the next weeks shipment to Hawaii. The driver called several times and kept us well informed. The pick up of the vehicle in Tysons Corner area (which we suggested; close to the Interstates) was quick and efficient, with the inspection thorough, but reasonable. The NPS driver (Nick) was courteous and business-like. The driver called us when he got to California and kept us informed. Payment was smooth. We paid total amount to 360, which was divided between 360 (their brokerage fee), NPS and Matson. Although it took some effort by Ann at 360 to get Pamela at NPS their portion of the shipping costs, 360 was able to do that and the vehicle was delivered on time. Matson Lines was extremely well organized and efficient, although it took much more time than we would have liked to get the vehicle turned over to our daughter after the ship actually docked in Honolulu. There was no damage to the vehicle. Overall, our experience with 360, NPS and Matson was excellent. We recommend all three companies without hesitation.  (more)

Subject : Falsified Bill of Lading to hide damage!

Nick picked up a flawless classic mini in NC. Upon pick up the Bill of Lading was signed, and indicated no damage to the car, however the driver did not provide a copy at pick up, he took all the copies with him! Car arrived damaged in Phoenix (minor paint damage) and the bill of lading had the damaged marked. Interested how that got filled out some place between pick up and drop off. The driver and his wife were very friendly on the phone during transport, but as soon as this claim was mentioned they went CRAZY! I was left rude voice mails, and the innocent guy who dropped the car off was even harassed. These two are nothing but trouble, and now I have to have a quarter panel repainted on a classic car. My insurance company will ultimately get the money from their insurance, but they are going to make me go the full mile to get it taken care of. There are plenty of companies out there that follow the rules, and provide the documentation to protect both the client and shipper. But not these two, they used the bill of lading to protect themselves from damages. Go to another company, an honest one.  (more)

Subject : Helpful Customer service:

Their customer service was really helpful for me. After two days of my contact my car got picked up and after 4 days I received my car in a good condition. I thank this transport services for helping me shipped my car possibly without any faults or else it'll be stuck there in my previous place.  (more)

Subject : Extremely Helpful:

NPS Transport was extremely helpful to work with. I needed a vehicle picked up in California the very next day after my quote and they were able to meet those criteria. They were very helpful .I had a few special needs and their driver was in contact with me also to make sure everything went smooth. The cost of transporting the vehicle was the least expensive out of 5 I chose to get quotes from. I would definitely recommend their service to others.  (more)

the attitude of the people at N.P.S too good and it shows their experience in doing their work.When i'm with N.P.S. it was well organized and their activities are co-ordinated perfectly. All the queries are solved.payment was very smooth and reasonable. the way they explaining the facts are too good.they voluntarily taking the responsibilities. After being totally screwed over by Country Wide I contacted Kurt and he had the car picked up the same day and delivered in the am. He is fantastic to do business with when shipping. The communication was top notch!  (more)
