Federal Carrier, Inc. - Review

I needed a company to ship my car from Miami to Houston, after weeding through about 50 e-mails from just as many companies sending me their quotes, I decided to go with Jorge and Federal Carrier, Inc. located in Coral Springs, Florida. This was the BEST decision I could have ever made when choosing an auto shipping company. From the exceptional personal service, to the professionalism, to the extreme attentivenes, all other companies pale in comparison. I contacted Jorge (the driver) twice during his excursion from Miami to Houston, both times he responded and even ENCOURAGED me to call him as many times as necessary to ask about the status of my vehicle. Within minutes of posting my need to transport a vehicle from Florida to Mass., I was contacted through phone by the head of Federal carrier. He actually got the driver on the telephone with me and all arrangements were made prominently. The day of the pickup, the driver kept me informed as to his status and picked up my car at a time and location that was convenient for me. Delivery of my car in Mass went just as smoothly. We had to transport our daughter's 2009 BMW from Florida to Oregon and having never done this before, at best we were apprehensive. After reviewing many auto transporters online, I happened to call Federal Carrier at about 9pm one evening. To my surprise, the owner answered the phone.He patiently answered all my questions and educated me on the car transport business, sort of the do's and don'ts and how the transport brokerage business works.I decided to ship my car with this company.As he said my car picked on time and delivered on time.Very good customer service and I am glad that I used this company for transport process.It was a much easier experience than I expected, and I'd be happy to use this company in future.  (more)

We've used Federal Carrier to ship over a dozen vehicles all over the country. The vehicle was in excellent condition when it arrived. They were very professional and very prompt with excellent service. Phone service is superb: helpful, accurate, and courteous. There are a lot of auto movers out there but if I ever have to ship a car again, I will definitely use Federal Carrier...  (more)
