Review Description
We had to transport our daughter's 2009 BMW from Florida to Oregon and having never done this before, at best we were apprehensive. After reviewing many auto transporters online, I happened to call Federal Carrier at about 9pm one evening. To my surprise, the owner answered the phone.He patiently answered all my questions and educated me on the car transport business, sort of the do's and don'ts and how the transport brokerage business works.I decided to ship my car with this company.As he said my car picked on time and delivered on time.Very good customer service and I am glad that I used this company for transport process.It was a much easier experience than I expected, and I'd be happy to use this company in future.
