Within minutes of posting my need to transport a vehicle from Florida to Mass., I was contacted through phone by the head of Federal carrier. He actually got the driver on the telephone with me and all arrangements were made prominently. The day of the pickup, the driver kept me informed as to his status and picked up my car at a time and location that was convenient for me. Delivery of my car in Mass went just as smoothly. Great going and hope the same should happen for all for all the transactions.
