This is a reliable car transport, providing door to door delivery. If i need to move again, i will definitely use this service. My car was picked up on Wednesday in Miami after giving me a 2hrs headsup by the truck driver, It arrived in New york on Saturday evening but i received it on Monday.
It was in the same condition as picked up, only thing it got really dirty on the outside which could be due to bad weather (more)

: Dishonest Unreliable
These people are dishonest and unreliable. Original price quote was $ 650.00 to transport my daughter’s car from Tempe to Lombard IL. That salesman was fired for dishonesty. Second sales man Charlie gave me price quote of $ 475.00. Tempe AZ Pick Up date was scheduled for May 1, 2012. I signed the contract on April 19. Based on this contract, I booked American Airline flight for May 3rd for my daughter on April 19 at a cost of $ 200.00. As any concerned parent, we did not want our daughter to drive this far alone.
On April 28, Charlie called me at 4:30 pm to tell me that I gave him wrong pick up zip code. So, new price quote was $ 750.00.This was mutual misunderstanding. We end up with $ 700.00 as new price quote. I signed the contract again on April 29 because there was an error of zip code in new contract that was sent to me.
Driver supposed to call my daughter on April 30 afternoons to schedule pick up time for the next day. That call never came. No one from company contacted us about Pick up status. I called several times Continental to find out on May 1 without straight answer. Finally, at 12.00 noon dispatcher Angel told me that there will be no pick up May 1 or on 2nd for my daughter’s car.
This incident caused so much stress on my daughter and on our family because of this company's dishonesty and unreliability. We did not want our daughter to drive car to Chicago. At last minute, this company stranded us with no options. I had to cancel my daughter’s airline ticket costing me $ 200.00 and we are having stress of sending our daughter diving by herself 1750 miles in the afternoon of May 1.
Do not do business with this company because you will be stranded like us at last minute with no options. (more)

This company keeps your refund and never ships your auto. Make sure your credit card company can dispute it in the alloted time for disputes. Unfortunately I used a debit card. (more)

The whole experience have been a nightmare, the car was supposed to be deliver by Tuesday, no answer from the company since Monday, called several times, sent emails nothing not even a courtesy call. Never knew the name or phone number of the driver. In their web site they stated "Personal service – you won't get lost in voice mail" What an irony voice mail is all you will get after they charge your credit card. They knew the driver have damage my brand new car, never call me to notify me at all. After two days calling not stop they finally answer with a bunch of lies and I will call you later excuse... What ashamed that I didnt check any of their reviews, they should be out of business. Feel free to call me or email me for more information, please take my advise! THE WORST COMPANY DO NOT USE THEM. : Better than expected
I decided to go with Continental Auto Movers for shipping my vechile.The price was also the cheapest of all the quotes I received and I think low price was probably due to shipping the car in their low-season.The great part about Continental Auto was the online tracking system, which worked absolutely fine and was a great way to know where the car was at any point. My car arrived destination with in expected date.I think this has been a great experience, and from this experience I would recommend this company to anyone. (more)

I chose Continental Auto Movers because I found their quote to be very reasonable and I liked the fact that I was assigned a staff who was very helpful during the entire shipping process.Staff explained the whole transportaion process and I was kept in a loop from beginning to end.They exceeded my expectations.They did what they said.I am happy with this company.Very nice to do business with Continental Auto Movers and we would definitely use them again and I would recommend them to anyone moving. I could not be more angry or disappointed in the lack of service I have received from Continental Auto Movers. I am in the process of moving 2 vehicles from NorCal to NE Ohio. I gave CAM 4 days notice ("no problem" per Trudy @CAM) to pick up the first car--- both cars were picked up 8 days later after I called 4x day each day with a rare return phone call. My contract clearly states my credit will be charged (after I paid a deposit) upon delivery of my cars. The 3rd party trucker demanded cash upon delivery. Since I was unable to pay cash, the trucker has re-located my cars to Chicago and is holding them hostage for payment from Continental Auto Movers. "Phillip" the head dispatcher admitted that Continental Auto Movers screwed up in contracting credit card with me --and-- contracting cash with the trucker. He fully admitted this in a three-way phone call between he, I and the 3rd party trucker. At this time, I have NO IDEA when I will get my cars (today is day #10 since pick-up). I have made a dozen calls to Continental where all people PROMISE to call me back and I have not had a returned phone call YET. I would avoid ANY transaction with CAM as they cannot be trusted. My cars are being held hostage at this point and I anticipate I will have to file them as stolen property to somehow get them back. (more)

: Very Positive Experience
Continental Auto Movers gave us the best price, moved our car, and was delivered undamaged! Driver called me the day he picked my vehicle up and told me an estimate time of when he would arrive. After my vehicle was picked up by the carrier, I received several follow up calls from them to check on the progress of my delivery. They were very helpful, friendly and great to work with. When I need to move a vehicle again, I will definitely use Continental Auto Movers. (more)
