These people are dishonest and unreliable. Original price quote was $ 650.00 to transport my daughter’s car from Tempe to Lombard IL. That salesman was fired for dishonesty. Second sales man Charlie gave me price quote of $ 475.00. Tempe AZ Pick Up date was scheduled for May 1, 2012. I signed the contract on April 19. Based on this contract, I booked American Airline flight for May 3rd for my daughter on April 19 at a cost of $ 200.00. As any concerned parent, we did not want our daughter to drive this far alone. On April 28, Charlie called me at 4:30 pm to tell me that I gave him wrong pick up zip code. So, new price quote was $ 750.00.This was mutual misunderstanding. We end up with $ 700.00 as new price quote. I signed the contract again on April 29 because there was an error of zip code in new contract that was sent to me. Driver supposed to call my daughter on April 30 afternoons to schedule pick up time for the next day. That call never came. No one from company contacted us about Pick up status. I called several times Continental to find out on May 1 without straight answer. Finally, at 12.00 noon dispatcher Angel told me that there will be no pick up May 1 or on 2nd for my daughter’s car. This incident caused so much stress on my daughter and on our family because of this company's dishonesty and unreliability. We did not want our daughter to drive car to Chicago. At last minute, this company stranded us with no options. I had to cancel my daughter’s airline ticket costing me $ 200.00 and we are having stress of sending our daughter diving by herself 1750 miles in the afternoon of May 1. Do not do business with this company because you will be stranded like us at last minute with no options.
