: Horrible customer service.
On date of arrival, driver could not locate my house (not a difficult location) and was over an hour late after I left work early to meet, got a ticket for hitting a tree in a roundabout and stated it was my fault because he could not find my location. Car was filthy. Stated I had to pay remaining balance (almost $600) in cash. Then he was not going to provide a receipt until I requested one, and then made it appear as an inconvenience. I would not recommend or use again. (more)

Driver was late on date of pickup- I cancelled my plans to meet and he called at arrival time to say he could not make it until the next day. The driver was very polite and helpful. He called me several time to make the deliver as smooth as possible. Car was in perfect condition and transport time was stunning. He picked it up only one day of scheduling. (more)

This was our first time transporting our vehicle. After researching several transport companies, we decided on Bilcow. As it is a growing concern they really well adopted with business strategies. The customer service was excellent; our contact was professional and knowledgeable on their product. While delivering the car they cleaned well and the maintenance as too good. No damage occurred while shipping my car. (more)
