Review Description

Driver was late on date of pickup- I cancelled my plans to meet and he called at arrival time to say he could not make it until the next day. On date of arrival, driver could not locate my house (not a difficult location) and was over an hour late after I left work early to meet, got a ticket for hitting a tree in a roundabout and stated it was my fault because he could not find my location. Car was filthy. Stated I had to pay remaining balance (almost $600) in cash. Then he was not going to provide a receipt until I requested one, and then made it appear as an inconvenience. I would not recommend or use again.
