Awesome service from Christina! She was truly so kind and informative with me over the phone. I was really impressed on how quickly she got the driver to pickup my car in Orlando. I had only placed my order a few minutes earlier and she called me to check we can send the driver for pickup the next day. I decided to use this company after speaking with so many others who seems to tell me what I wanted to hear, and nothing but high pressure tactics. Autoline transprt was easy going, and low pressure. The price was right and the service was impeccable. My car was delivered in just 3 days from Los Angeles, to Austin for $600. I was shipping my car from California to New York and Autoline Transport was fast, easy, professional, and left me a very satisfied customer. They were wonderful with communication via both emails and phone calls. They were incredibly prompt in coming to pick up my vehicle from my house! Initially I was quoted the car to arrive 9 days after pickup, but the car actually arrived in NY 1 day early! I was really nervous about having my car shipped from FL to MI, but everything went well and I would definitely use Autoline Transport again. The estimate I was given was really accurate ($759), I was kept well-informed by phone and email, the car was picked up the car as expected, my primary contact person (Heidi Hill) was professional and polite and so was the driver, although I didn't make a note of his name. This was my second time shipping my car with Autoline. Both times were easy and hassle free. Heidi Hill was upfront with me and found a carrier to pikcup my car right away. I placed my order over the phone with her, and within two hours I got a call from her asking me if the pickup and the delivery dates will work for me. I have shipped using other companies before but I feel the most comfortable with Autoline. They do not charge a deposit until you agree on the pickup and delivery timeframes with the carrier. I once had to cancel the car shipment on the carrier, and I got a full refund for my deposit. I know that they will not take advantage because they are very honest with their dealings. Placed order 5 days in advance of requested pick-up date. I was flexible and almost expecting that it may take an extra day or two to pick up the vehicle. Called on a Thursday to check on a pick up date and placed follow up calls everyday until the following Tuesday when I finally received a call back. In this case no news was bad news because they still had no pick up date for me. Needless to say I will be using another company. Be honest and upfront with your customers it's not rocket science.  (more)

Although I was a bit worried about making the long journey from California to Georgia, it was something I had to do. My job relocated me, so I didn't really have much of an option since I worked really hard to make it to the position I had. I took my time researching reliable and honest transportation options for my vehicle, since I was planning on flying, and stumbled across Autoline Transport. After I read the raving reviews, I called to set up my car transport schedule. I checked the weather and it looked like it was safe to use the open trailer option, and it was a bit easier on the wallet, too. Needless to say, everything went nice and smooth. The employees that I spoke with were very helpful and friendly, and it was nice that no deposit was required to place my order. The final cost (less than $850) was a welcomed surprise, since I had planned to put aside at least a thousand dollars for this part of my moving process. It only took six days to get my car from California to Georgia. They were very prompt and I felt very safe and secure with my car in Autoline Transport's capable hands. They have had many years of experience, so that helped ease any discomfort handing my Mercedes over to them. Another cool aspect about Autoline Transport is that if you find another auto transport company with a lower price, they will not only match the price, but they will even charge $20 less than the competitors' price. I tested this and did receive a discount. There is no doubt that I will call upon Autoline Transport if I should need to move again and I will definitely recommend their services to any and all who may need it. I had to relocate short notice needed to fly didnt have time to find someone to drive my car for me. The corporate office at my work told me about them and i was relived. I was on egg shells when the guy arrived he was on time , courteous and made the process smooth my vechicle arrived in no time and the same shape in which it was loaded. I called a few different vehicle movers before choosing Autoline Transport. Many of the others weren't as knowledgeable or friendly as Autoline. They answered all my questions, and addressed my concerns! They also called back when they said they were going to. The driver was on time, friendly, and very nice. He promised to take good care of my car, and he did! My car arrived before my furniture and there wasn't a scratch, ding, or dent to be seen! Due to my employment, I relocate pretty often and I have had to have my vehicle shipped a number of times. My past experiences have caused my stomach to knot up with just the thought of having to ship my car again. I did a bit of research (avoiding three specific companies) and found Autoline Transport, although their reviews seemed to be pretty good, still I wanted to feel them out a bit more. I had a couple dozen questions when I called and was connected to Heidi Hill. She was very knowledgeable, understanding, and patient with me, I felt like she really took the time to listen to my concerns and alleviated them with her genuine personality and professionalism. She was clear about everything from pick up to delivery and price quote. My car was picked up from my home in SF CA on time and delivered to my new residence in St. Cloud FL just five days later as promised and in perfect condition. I loved the communication and respect I received from the Autoline team, they kept me up to date every step of the way. Not that anything should be better than great customer service, but I must admit that the service I received for just $829 (a lot less than I had paid in the past!) was a fantastic bonus, well below my planned budget! I just did: Patient!!! The driver Arrived on time, put up my drama. He carefully loaded my car onto his hauler, and was on his way back to Cali. Mike also kept me in the loop the whole he was on the road. In fact, Simon was cheery and helpful the entire time. After the delivery on my vehicle in Cali, I could see that they are clearly committed to customer satisfaction. I am HAPPY to share my experience with Autoline Transport. I had to move across country, and it was very unexpected which meant I only had a few days to find a moving company, and a auto shipping company, so I turned to my Facebook community for referrals, and then to online reviews After calling several I was starting to freak out because most companies were either costly or just didn't have great reviews. THEN I found Autoline and couldn't believe how many 5-star reviews they had not only here but on others sites too, and I gave them a call and sent them an email. I got an immediate email reply and a follow up call later the same day. I spoke with Aaron, he was able to get my car scheduled for pickup on a Sunday, confirmed pricing and arrive day/time. I talked to the dispathcer twice before my pickup, both times I got the impression he is a great guy. On Sunday, the car hauler arrived at my door at 8:15am (the scheduled time). There were two drivers, Leo and John, were super friendly and professional. They took great care of my car, and I am pleased to say that we HAVE NOT found anything damaged on it. I can't recommend Autoline Transport enough -they were great!  (more)

Heidi at Autoline took the time to answer all my questions and concerns honestly. I had talked to other companies, but none of them made me feel comfortable. Heidi explained that my pick up location was difficult and gave me an honest out take on the pick up time frame. She even called with updates while I was waiting for the pick up. After waiting a few days, my car was dispatched to a carrier who called me to schedule the pick up and he also kept me up to date with the arrival. The delivery was well before the estimated date of arrival (which was also great). I don't usually write reviews, but I had a recent experience with shipping my car that made me share. I needed to ship my car from Florida to Los Angeles and used Autoline as my service provider. Never once did I feel I was being taken advantage of. I was given a fair, honest quote and my car arrived on time and without damage. I have shipped cars in the past, and something ALWAYS goes wrong. Not this time. Hoping this review can save somebody a whole lot of pain and money.  (more)

I had shipped my car in 2009 using Wise Auto Ship, which later became Autoline Transport. Having had a decent experience the first time, I chose to use the same company even though it was under a new name. I was starting a new job out of state and needed to ship my car. I was under a time constraint and explained this to Heidi Hill, the sales representative. She said that she understood and would list the first available pick up day with a 4 day window appropriate for my required time, quoting me at $750. My pick up date came, and went, and I called several times and was given the assurance that my car would be picked up within the next couple of days, with at least a day's notice in order to ensure someone would be available to hand over the keys. Three days after my 4 day window passed, I received a call from Heidi saying that the car could be picked up same day, but with a new price of $1,049.  (more)

I am the most skeptical person in the world. I never knew what to expect. But I was so wrong, these people are great from the initial call to the moment they return your key. Understandable and caring too because those last days in TX I was so busy and when they scheduled my pick up day it was impossible for me to be home at that time and hour. I respectfully asked them to come next day to pick up the car and they had absolutely no problem with that and they honored my request with simplicity and understanding. And trust me, if you never moved city to city you need people like them. In Florida I called the driver to find out his location since I needed to leave the house and nobody would have been at home if I left. They told me the exact location and the distance they had to cover at that point plus an estimated time of arrival.They told me they would be at my address in Houston at 5pm. At 5.15 PM I was driving my car to grocery shopping.Amazing service !!!!! Probably, the best private company I worked with in the last few years.Thank you guys .You are the best.  (more)

I had just bought a new 2008 VW Jetta from San Diego, California and needed to have it shipped to my home in Tucson. Since there are so many shipping companies out there, I didn’t know how or where to begin. I was very nervous to use a company from the internet, and after receiving about 10 quotes, I chose to go with Autoline because they were one of the few that called me to discuss my needs and concerns. I was on the phone with Heidi for about an hour and she took the time to answer all my questions and explained to me how this industry works. I could tell right away that she was honest, and not just telling me what I wanted to hear to get my business. I told her that the car would be ready on the following Monday, and I got a call on Monday morning from their dispatch department telling me that they found a carrier for me. The carrier was at the dealer Tuesday morning ready to pick up my car, and he also called saying he would deliver my car on Thursday. Just as expected, my new car arrived at my door Thursday without a scratch, in perfect condition. Autoline made it easy and stress free for me to ship my car and I was surprised that there weren’t more reviews for them on this site. I just want to show my support for them, because they went the extra mile for me and made me feel comfortable during the entire process.
