Review Description

I worked for many years on my boat doing research in the Pacific Ocean. I also worked for many years to buy the specialized equipment I had installed. My boat is my livelihood! I was very careful and specific about who I used to transport it when my company needed me to move to the coast of NC for work on the Outer Banks. I called a few places but was never satisfied with how vague they were about being sure my boat and everything on it would make it cross country safely. Speaking to the rep at Autoline really put me at ease. He was confident they could do the job and we discussed their experience and expertise in transporting boats. I was a little concerned about using an open air trailer but the rep assured me that with my type of boat it would arrive with no worries. He said the boat would take about a week to make it to my new dock which was perfect because I was going to drive and wanted to take my time. During the transport the driver called to let me know about the progress and put my mind at ease. I guess the stress in my voice when I placed the order was obvious! The boat arrived with perfect timing. I asked the driver to wait while I inspected everything and found no issues. I could not be more pleased with the service and will let my colleagues know to use Autoline when they move as well!!
