Review Description

I had shipped my car in 2009 using Wise Auto Ship, which later became Autoline Transport. Having had a decent experience the first time, I chose to use the same company even though it was under a new name. I was starting a new job out of state and needed to ship my car. I was under a time constraint and explained this to Heidi Hill, the sales representative. She said that she understood and would list the first available pick up day with a 4 day window appropriate for my required time, quoting me at $750. My pick up date came, and went, and I called several times and was given the assurance that my car would be picked up within the next couple of days, with at least a day's notice in order to ensure someone would be available to hand over the keys. Three days after my 4 day window passed, I received a call from Heidi saying that the car could be picked up same day, but with a new price of $1,049.
