BUYER STRONGLY BEWARE!!! On 5/12/2010 I contracted with Wise Auto to ship my Cadillac DeVille from California to a large metropolitan city in Alabama. I stated I was somewhat flexible with the shipping date. I was given an available shipping date of 6/2/10 with the caveat there would be a 5 business day window for scheduling. After the agreed upon shipping date passed I telephoned Heidi at Wise Auto and was given the excuse that thunderstorms and tornadoes prevented them from securing a shipper. We shipped two PODS (portable on demand storage) units filled with household goods during that same time frame as well as driving one of our cars from CA to AL with no problems. On 6/18/10 Heidi informed me that AL was not on their regular shipping route and the price had increased from $775 to $925 with a shipping window of 6/24 to 6/28. I agreed to the price increase and was assured by Heidi that she would "babysit" my order and call me immediately upon securing a carrier. On 6/28/10 I telephoned Heidi twice to inquire about shipping and my calls were never returned. On 6/29/10 I cancelled my order with Wise for failure to perform. I believe I was baited with an original lowball price of $775 to secure my order and switched to the higher price of $925 4 weeks after signing the original contract. I was never informed prior to signing that AL was not on their regular shipping route. I posted a complaint against Wise on transportreviews.com. Their response was to deny I was a customer. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Wise's response was that they had waived their transport fees which is absolutely false as they only offered a $50 reduction. I have copies of all paperwork to prove my allegations. Wise Auto Shipping caused a 7 week delay which forced me to make other arrangements to secure my car. PLEASE, PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. The SALES REPS LIE about pick up time. They also told me it was a refundable deposit. But then you get the contract and you see their lies in writing. They get you to sign a contract then off they go never heard from again. Don't bother emailing them about anything as they DO NOT RESPOND TO EMAILS. Also, DONT BOTHER CALLING THEM. I called over 100 times only to be put on hold every time, well when I wasn't forwarded to a full mailbox. When they put you on hold they rarely pick back up. Go ahead call, ask for dispatch. Bet you won't talk anyone but the receptionist. Three days until I finally got a hold of somebody who told me I would receive a call back from them in five to ten minutes. No call. I spend another full day trying to get a hold of them. Finally they just tell me my pickup was delayed. I do understand that a pickup can be delayed. But I don't understand how this company is in business. You will not talk to somebody unless you have six hours a day and three days to waste, they will not call you back, if they tell you they will its only to get off the phone. They do not respond to left messages on their machines or left with the receptionist. You will be very disappointed if you are reading this because you already made the same mistake as me and hired these clowns. I do not normally do this sort of thing and write reviews but its so frustrating dealing with these people. The only way I can see them staying in business is the money made from lost deposits. My lost deposit was well worth not having to put up with the likes of All Auto Trust Transport anymore. The good reviews on here have to be falsified or just people who never had to contact the company. This is your warning. Sorry I don't feel like writing my whole experience with this horrid company. Got a proposal for moving my car for 700$ (300$ of gas coupons finally, end cost 400$). Was lucrative offer and I fell in the trap. The sales lady Eleanor was super friendly and prompt with everything. I signed the contract and they were too quick to deduct 150$ of pre-payment on Jan 19th 2010. 1. Promised with a pick up on Jan 22, which never happened. I wrote multiple emails but no one bothered to response. Even called again and again but no response. Eleanor become totally unresponsive. 2. Leslie comes to my rescue and promises everything will be OK. Arranges a pickup around 27th January 2010. The operator calls me just once and as I was in a meeting could not respond in 2 hrs hence pickup cancelled. 3. Promised a pickup soon again. 4. Everyone stops responding. 5. Finally car is picked on 5th February 2010. 6. The transport company calls and demands 775$ to drop the car else they will keep it in storage. 7. I start contacting the company as I was supposed to pay only 550$ (700-150). Wrote multiple emails and made atleast 30 calls in day. Neither Leslie or Eleanor respond to email or phone. The transporter also tries to contact them multiple times but with no answer. 8. I contacted Glenda (the top most officer there) she promises to be back in 2 hrs but goes underground. Does not picks any phone after. Tried 10 times left 5 VMs but she never responds. 9. Finally I pay 775$ to the driver to get my car. Hence the final price...... 775+150.............and lots! lots! lots! of FRUSTRATION. Will update this once I get any response, relief or compensation from them. I think they will not as they all have fled now. Worst case, for sure I am going to sue them and will update the outcome here AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!  (more)

this is the worst company I've ever used! Robert and the rest of them only want your money! they never did what they said they would, never called back, there is no trust in this company ever! there are more complaints against these rip-off artists ! buyer-beware  (more)
