Review Description

Got a proposal for moving my car for 700$ (300$ of gas coupons finally, end cost 400$). Was lucrative offer and I fell in the trap. The sales lady Eleanor was super friendly and prompt with everything. I signed the contract and they were too quick to deduct 150$ of pre-payment on Jan 19th 2010. 1. Promised with a pick up on Jan 22, which never happened. I wrote multiple emails but no one bothered to response. Even called again and again but no response. Eleanor become totally unresponsive. 2. Leslie comes to my rescue and promises everything will be OK. Arranges a pickup around 27th January 2010. The operator calls me just once and as I was in a meeting could not respond in 2 hrs hence pickup cancelled. 3. Promised a pickup soon again. 4. Everyone stops responding. 5. Finally car is picked on 5th February 2010. 6. The transport company calls and demands 775$ to drop the car else they will keep it in storage. 7. I start contacting the company as I was supposed to pay only 550$ (700-150). Wrote multiple emails and made atleast 30 calls in day. Neither Leslie or Eleanor respond to email or phone. The transporter also tries to contact them multiple times but with no answer. 8. I contacted Glenda (the top most officer there) she promises to be back in 2 hrs but goes underground. Does not picks any phone after. Tried 10 times left 5 VMs but she never responds. 9. Finally I pay 775$ to the driver to get my car. Hence the final price...... 775+150.............and lots! lots! lots! of FRUSTRATION. Will update this once I get any response, relief or compensation from them. I think they will not as they all have fled now. Worst case, for sure I am going to sue them and will update the outcome here AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
