: Avoid this company, DISHONEST
Do Not Use This Company. They lied about the dates they could move the car, had an incredibly vague, poor contract, and even when the company they contracted with to move my car admitted they absolutely could not move the car in the contracted time limit they were still trying to charge me a fee. Best to avoid these guys!!!!! (more)

: unimaginably terrible experience
I don't know what I was thinking not researching this "company" before having them ship my car. They were nice and helpful until they got my credit card. After that I literally never got a hold of them again. The trucker that they had chosen to ship my car was the biggest loser I've ever worked with. They wanted me to drive my car about 3 miles to meet them because they were too lazy to come to my house. It was excuse after excuse. I still had to meet them to drop it off AND pick up. Absolutely ridiculous. I can only hope these people get sued and go out of business. It wont surprise me when it happens! (more)

: Worst Company Ever
Please do not use this company.
The majority of auto transport companies are terrible. AA Automovers, however, takes the cake.
I had originally booked a pickup with Castle Auto 2 months in advance. When they didn't show up or respond to phone calls, I was desperate. AA Automovers offered me immediate pickup and 7-10 days shipping for a large sum of money ($1600). Since I needed the vehicle picked up right away and delivered quickly I decided to go with this company. Brian O'Neal sounded confident that I would receive my vehicle in about 1 week and that he had ordered both expedited shipping and delivery with DAS auto transport. My vehicle was picked up promptly that day.
One week later, I called DAS to see when I could expect my vehicle delivered. I was informed that my car was still sitting in a parking lot in DC. Brian O'Neal had ordered standard shipping (14-16 days) with DAS. DAS said my vehicle would arrive next week (although I still don't have my car).
I paid too much money for standard shipping and fell that I am owed a refund since my contract is for a 7-10 day delivery not 2 weeks+. Trying to get ahold of customer service at AA Automovers was a nightmare. They either didn't answer, hung up on me, put me on permanent hold, or said they would call right back and never did.
Brian O'Neal admitted to me that he had made a mistake but said nothing could be done at this point in terms of a refund.
AA Automovers will no longer answer any of my calls.
Hopefully I will eventually receive my vehicle.
Do yourself a favor and go with a more reputable company. I would never recommend this company to friends or family.
They are liars, cheats, swindlers and just want your money. They don't give a shit about the customer. I doubt this company lasts much longer the way they alienate their customers and don't deliver on their promises. (more)

: bad news
I agree with the others negative comments and experienced nearly the same senerio. Paid a premium for quick delivery (pick up on July 5-6 and delivery by the 9th). They then contacted me and stated I would have to pay more because no driver would take the car for the price they quoted me. When I agreed, they never showed up and didn't even have the curtesy to call me or the seller to inform us they wouldn't show. When I inquired about was the status was they wouldn't respond and when I called customer service, they put me on hold for nearly 10 minutes and the person who answer wanted to argue with me. (more)

: first experience is good.
This was the first time I have shipped a car and it was a great experience. After hearing from many companies, I decided to go here because of the great customer service and honest people. I would choose AA AUTO MOVERS over and over again for my car shipping needs. (more)

: Bait & Switch Illegal!
On 4/26/10, I paid a down payment of $225 via credit card to AA-Automovers for their "Platinum" service in which the contract stated that it would pick up my vehicle within 3 days. I was to pay the other $945 COD. Four days later Neil Pickett of AA-Automovers called to tell me "the good news and the bad news."
The good news is that he found someone to pick up my car. The bad news was that the driver needed an additional $50.00 for the pick up. When I explained that I absolutely would not be paying any more money for the pick up, he wanted to "split" the fee w/ me. I said absolutely not. This is when I really knew he was trying to scam me.
So, I decided to play hardball, too, and I asked for my additional money in return since I was not receiving "Platinum" treatment in that they were a day late in their contract pick up time.
Neil Patrick proceeded to threaten to blackball me in the vehicle transport industry where no other company would agree to pick up my car. He stated that he would be looking at the log daily of request that come through and he would assure I would not get my car. Then he proceeded to threaten to call my household telephone number and leaving harassing messages. He proceeded to call me and I would hang up. This went on for quite some time.
He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my 30 years as an adult. He is a lawsuit waiting to happen. DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/ THIS COMPANY.
Sincerely,
Cathy Lehman (more)

: horrible
This company made a contract with me on 3/31/10 to ship my car between the dates of 4/19-4/23. i had been calling and emailing people that whole week to check the status of when my car was going to be picked up. Never once did i get a call or an email back! then on 4/23 i called them to find out when my car would leave. No one knew when it was going to leave no one offered and apology and now the date surpassed the contract. on 4/26 i still had yet to hear from anyone so i contacted them again. Still No one knew what was going on. still no apology. now its the last minute and i have to pay more money to get my car shipped with another carrier because it's last minute. I put the order in a month before. Never did anyone offer to upgrade my package to get my car shipped promptly or did anyone contact me to offer even an apology. I have had horrible service with this company. they are not honest in letting you know up front terms and conditions. had i known it would come down to this i would have never even called them. I even asked them on 4/23 if i could pick my car up in another city. still nothing and still my car sits here in front of me. DON'T do business with this company. (more)

: Thank you for your excellent service!
This was the first time we used a transport service. I decided to go with AA-Automovers.com. The service was outstanding and the driver was very courteous. The service was excellent and the cost was reasonable. It was not a regular route though they delivered my vehicle in perfect condition as promised. Thank you for your excellent service! (more)
