Review Description

This company made a contract with me on 3/31/10 to ship my car between the dates of 4/19-4/23. i had been calling and emailing people that whole week to check the status of when my car was going to be picked up. Never once did i get a call or an email back! then on 4/23 i called them to find out when my car would leave. No one knew when it was going to leave no one offered and apology and now the date surpassed the contract. on 4/26 i still had yet to hear from anyone so i contacted them again. Still No one knew what was going on. still no apology. now its the last minute and i have to pay more money to get my car shipped with another carrier because it's last minute. I put the order in a month before. Never did anyone offer to upgrade my package to get my car shipped promptly or did anyone contact me to offer even an apology. I have had horrible service with this company. they are not honest in letting you know up front terms and conditions. had i known it would come down to this i would have never even called them. I even asked them on 4/23 if i could pick my car up in another city. still nothing and still my car sits here in front of me. DON'T do business with this company.
