Review Description
On 4/26/10, I paid a down payment of $225 via credit card to AA-Automovers for their "Platinum" service in which the contract stated that it would pick up my vehicle within 3 days. I was to pay the other $945 COD. Four days later Neil Pickett of AA-Automovers called to tell me "the good news and the bad news." The good news is that he found someone to pick up my car. The bad news was that the driver needed an additional $50.00 for the pick up. When I explained that I absolutely would not be paying any more money for the pick up, he wanted to "split" the fee w/ me. I said absolutely not. This is when I really knew he was trying to scam me. So, I decided to play hardball, too, and I asked for my additional money in return since I was not receiving "Platinum" treatment in that they were a day late in their contract pick up time. Neil Patrick proceeded to threaten to blackball me in the vehicle transport industry where no other company would agree to pick up my car. He stated that he would be looking at the log daily of request that come through and he would assure I would not get my car. Then he proceeded to threaten to call my household telephone number and leaving harassing messages. He proceeded to call me and I would hang up. This went on for quite some time. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my 30 years as an adult. He is a lawsuit waiting to happen. DO NOT DO BUSINESS W/ THIS COMPANY. Sincerely, Cathy Lehman
