I called my household mover for more 3 moves and they recommended A-AAA Auto. Before that, I got the runaround for over a week by a different company. Maria took care of things and had my car picked up 2 days after I called her. The driver Orlando was really nice and was in touch during the trip. The vehicle arived the day after I flew in! Needed a car transported from Texas to Pennsylvania. Kind of an emergency situation. I called friends and got hooked up with Ian at A-AAA auto transport. All I can say is wow with the service. I called on Friday morning and they had the car picked up same day and delivered the following Tuesday. I will definitely be referring anyone who asks for transport assistance to this company. Spoke with Ross initially to set up shipment and then Anna when getting the delivery coordinated. They were both excellent with communication and professionalism. They kept me updated on the location of my car each step of the way. They were flexible in the timeframe for getting my car picked up, were on time with the pick up and the delivery. My car arrived in perfect condition! It arrived quickly too, in just 5 days across the country. It means a lot to have a company you can trust. If you need to ship your vehicle, choose A-AAA. I really thought Chris from AAA transporters was going to take care us in which he assured my wife and I of the their strive to provide customer satisfaction. Well we received the total opposite, dissatisfaction and disappointed in the service we received or yet the the service we paid for and did not receive! This organization is total fraud! I paid Chris a deposit for my vehicles to hauled up north and I never heard from him. I finally heard from him when I hired another company in which he had the audacity to say he could not be reached because he was off the clock.....something to the effect it was a holiday and he was not available....bullshit! The holiday was not two weeks long! So I was left with two vehicles to be transported at higher rate than we agreed on due to the fact it was last minute and the rates were higher. AND THE MOST JACKED UP THING THIS ORGANIZATION DID TO ADD FUEL ON THE FIRE WAS NOT GIVING ME BACK MY DAMN DEPOSIT! And this is why most people go with reputable organizations that have been vetted through numerous satisfied customers. A-AAA did a great job moving my car from Savannah, GA to Houston, TX. I got the name of this company through some reviews. I checked a few other companies as well and A-AAA Auto Transport gave me a great price. It cost me a total of $825 and took 5 days to get my car to my new home. Ian at A-AAA Auto Transport delivered with a smooth car move. He got a driver scheduled to move my car from W. Bloomfield to Arlington the day I spoke to him, and everything went well from there. The driver was courteous and prompt, and dropped off my Audi to my brother's house in Virginia a day before expected after Ian made sure that my brother was ok with him being early. I was very satisfied with my dealings with this company. They scheduled the move for my Mercedes very quickly and were extremely professional, as was the person who transported the car. My cousin referred me to A-AAA Auto Transport. I went online and put in a quote and within seconds go 30 companies hounding me. I never had that with A-AAA. They were nice, professional, and explained the process without being so sales-pitchy. I have a 1999 Nissan 350z and was nervous. It is older but in great shape. I was debating wheter to drive the car out or to just have it transported. I did the cost analysis and it seemed like transporting was going to be cheaper. So, I did some research and came across A-AAA Auto Transport from CT. They sounded great on the phone and I especially liked dealing with Maria. Just received delivery of my '65 Chevy a couple of hours ago. I am sure the driver is probably a long way for home and is probably missing his family and friends in general, let alone on Easter. John was nothing but professional and courteous. I gave him an extra tip for busting his tail on Easter Sunday. I decided to have my vehicle moved enclosed because I bought it online from a dealer, who said that the body was pristine. A-AAA got me a great rate and did an awesome job. Maria did a really great job with my baby! I have an 04 BMW Z4 convertible that I love. Dale the driver picked up on time and called me 24 hours before delivery. Before he dropped it off, he even ran a hose to it to get off some of the road grime. I am really happy with this move!  (more)

My friend Anna used A-AAA in the past and she recommended that I give them a call. Just like she told me, they service was well worth it. Don't get me wrong, their rate was up there in the lower range but there was some people quoting $200 less (which I think was way too low for across country.) I came to AAA Auto transport because the costumer service representative told that they had a guaranteed pick-up time of two days to pick my car up, which was what I was looking for. Day one passes no big deal, day two comes and the flight that I scheduled for the evening was getting closer. Constantly calling the order tracking number I was continually told to call back in "X" amount of time. The costumer service representative told me multiple times that he had no idea where the driver was and he was waiting to get a call back, so call just back, rushing me off the phone. Eventually I had to reschedule my flight for the next day costing me an additional $175.10 along with a unneeded night in a hotel room adding $65 to unnecessary fee's. I paid AAA Auto Transport to preform a service in a desired amount of time that was guaranteed to me but was not honored. The costumer service representative had no clue what the driver was doing, where the driver was at and worst of all no real time on when my vehicle would be picked up. They had no knowledge of anything about my vehicle. They never made contact with me one time after I paid them in full. I just canceled my order. This is the worst time I paid a company to perform a service and the service be delayed in such an unreasonable manner.  (more)

I have been dealing with two other companies in an attempt to move my vehicle. After several weeks of dodged phone calls from the other companies and several follow up emails i decided to give AAA AUTO TRANSPORT a try. I am very pleased, gave them the option because they are above and beyond their service. They would answer any questions i presented and was always there to listen and take care of anything that may arise. I booked with the two previous companies solely based on price, boy was that wrong. I thought it was a sales pitch when they told me if it is too cheap to be true then it isn't true, thankfully i found AAA TRANSPORT! I read the reviews about THE COMPANY before and i was convinced thank god i gave them a chance and now i am HAPPY. I will definitely use this company again and recommend to anyone that is looking to move a vehicle at an affordable price! Thanks FOR everything!  (more)

The method of shipping your car can be a nightmare! I called so many companies and they all treated me like some stupid girl who could be robbed blind... it wasn't until I found a-aaa auto transport that I felt easy. They were with me each step of the way. They answered every questions and made me feel like I was a valued customer.
