Review Description

I really thought Chris from AAA transporters was going to take care us in which he assured my wife and I of the their strive to provide customer satisfaction. Well we received the total opposite, dissatisfaction and disappointed in the service we received or yet the the service we paid for and did not receive! This organization is total fraud! I paid Chris a deposit for my vehicles to hauled up north and I never heard from him. I finally heard from him when I hired another company in which he had the audacity to say he could not be reached because he was off the clock.....something to the effect it was a holiday and he was not available....bullshit! The holiday was not two weeks long! So I was left with two vehicles to be transported at higher rate than we agreed on due to the fact it was last minute and the rates were higher. AND THE MOST JACKED UP THING THIS ORGANIZATION DID TO ADD FUEL ON THE FIRE WAS NOT GIVING ME BACK MY DAMN DEPOSIT! And this is why most people go with reputable organizations that have been vetted through numerous satisfied customers. Enjoy your hundred bucks Chris....hopefully it is used to practice better business. Disappointed customer
