Review Description
I came to AAA Auto transport because the costumer service representative told that they had a guaranteed pick-up time of two days to pick my car up, which was what I was looking for. Day one passes no big deal, day two comes and the flight that I scheduled for the evening was getting closer. Constantly calling the order tracking number I was continually told to call back in "X" amount of time. The costumer service representative told me multiple times that he had no idea where the driver was and he was waiting to get a call back, so call just back, rushing me off the phone. Eventually I had to reschedule my flight for the next day costing me an additional $175.10 along with a unneeded night in a hotel room adding $65 to unnecessary fee's. I paid AAA Auto Transport to preform a service in a desired amount of time that was guaranteed to me but was not honored. The costumer service representative had no clue what the driver was doing, where the driver was at and worst of all no real time on when my vehicle would be picked up. They had no knowledge of anything about my vehicle. They never made contact with me one time after I paid them in full. I just canceled my order. This is the worst time I paid a company to perform a service and the service be delayed in such an unreasonable manner.
