Turbo Auto Transport - Review

This is My first time I had to hire a provider to transport my 2014 International Rollback tow truck over a long distance (Orlando to Grate Falls) .service by Turbo Auto Transport was great and all the people (Aaron and Jennifer)involved in the order execution process were prompt, efficient, and courteous. The coordination among them seemed seamless as well given the multiple departments involved in the whole process. Importantly, my Truck also arrived in good order. I was very satisfied with the experience and would really like to recommend Turbo to others.  (more)

I am leaving 2 stars prior to even seeing my vehicles condition although it has arrived “CLOSE” to my home address I provided. Dealing with this company has just been a NIGHTMARE. I went through a broker and at the time I was given a drivers number then a different drivers number. My vehicle arrived well out of the estimated time frame over one week. I understand that things can happen but mon over week now? My vehicle is how I make a livelihood during this pandemic as well. I asked the driver if he would work with me on the price due to all the delays and I was told to contact his boss so I did and his boss just flat out said “we did our job”. Yes you did your job but my car is LATE did not arrive on time and I am meeting your driver at a truck stop not even in front of my subdivision. The boss later said to contact the auto broker which I told him the auto broker informed me its up to the driver. JUST A BUNCH OF RUNAROUNDS. If this is how the company chooses to do business I will request to NEVER have this company pick up my vehicle and for others just to be CAUTIOUS  (more)
