I am leaving 2 stars prior to even seeing my vehicles condition although it has arrived “CLOSE” to my home address I provided. Dealing with this company has just been a NIGHTMARE. I went through a broker and at the time I was given a drivers number then a different drivers number. My vehicle arrived well out of the estimated time frame over one week. I understand that things can happen but mon over week now? My vehicle is how I make a livelihood during this pandemic as well. I asked the driver if he would work with me on the price due to all the delays and I was told to contact his boss so I did and his boss just flat out said “we did our job”. Yes you did your job but my car is LATE did not arrive on time and I am meeting your driver at a truck stop not even in front of my subdivision. The boss later said to contact the auto broker which I told him the auto broker informed me its up to the driver. JUST A BUNCH OF RUNAROUNDS. If this is how the company chooses to do business I will request to NEVER have this company pick up my vehicle and for others just to be CAUTIOUS
