triple a auto carriers - Review

My transport went very well. I was contacted promptly by Chris after i entered my info on a quote site. I thought that was pretty professional being that i was in rush; and really wanted to get the process started and over with. I booked my order and was contacted back promptly in 48 hours to let me know the driver was running behind and that he will be available in another 24hrs i appreciated that info and heads up from Chris it seemed as though he was working hard as he could to keep me a happy customer. Once the vehicle was picked and delivered. a week later Chris Followed up with me to make sure the car was in good conditions throuh out the delivery again I appreciated that he cared even after he already been paid I have Refered family and friends to this company.Very good service, ok customer service. I was just happy to get my vehicle in the time the said it would take 5 day from pick up to delivery no hidden fees and no run around thank Triple A.  (more)

I selcted triple a auto carriers to ship my car from California to New Jersey. The price quoted was reasonable and I could not have picked the car up myself for this price. There was little communication difficulties with driver but over all service was good.My car arrived on time and did not have any damage and was clean and I enjoyed the 24 hour tracking; you can track your vehicle by phone or online. I was thoroughly delighted with my experience with triple a auto carriers and would use them again and would insist on anyone using them to move a vehicle.  (more)

I was extremely impressed with the quality and timeliness of their service offered by this transport. My vehicle was picked-up within 2 days and delivered from Colorado to Maryland in less than 3 days. I am very happy with triple a auto carriers service, they did a great job. I was very happy with triple a auto carriers right from the beginning. triple a auto carriers was less expensive than other carriers .They were very Professional and prompt.
