My transport went very well. I was contacted promptly by Chris after i entered my info on a quote site. I thought that was pretty professional being that i was in rush; and really wanted to get the process started and over with. I booked my order and was contacted back promptly in 48 hours to let me know the driver was running behind and that he will be available in another 24hrs i appreciated that info and heads up from Chris it seemed as though he was working hard as he could to keep me a happy customer. Once the vehicle was picked and delivered. a week later Chris Followed up with me to make sure the car was in good conditions throuh out the delivery again I appreciated that he cared even after he already been paid I have Refered family and friends to this company.Very good service, ok customer service. I was just happy to get my vehicle in the time the said it would take 5 day from pick up to delivery no hidden fees and no run around thank Triple A.
