Sweet Spot Transport - Review

The first email I got from Ron said his business is based on the key principle of world class support and communication to the customer. So many of the companies he worked for previously had slacked on giving timely updates, and scheduling deliveries in an efficient manner. I can attest that he definitely delivers. Ron took care of the arrangements without anything from me. He worked his magic to set up a deal with the carrier, who he knew well. I was told the next steps in a very straightforward manner, and they were executed just like he said. I was notified about the pickup, and the driver called in advance to set up the delivery. We worked out a location to make it easy to get the truck in and out and unload my vehicle. The driver took great care of my car along the way. Sweet Spot does not have a billion reviews on here, but you can see that they all give top marks. I highly recommend Sweet Spot to move a vehicle anywhere in the country.  (more)

Ron scheduled transportation and knew he was shipping the body of a vehicle on a dolly, not a running car and no way to put it on a traditional car transport. When the first truck showed up and could not take it, Ron rescheduled a different transportation company and raised the rate by 15%. I was not aware of this increase until after the body had been picked up. During my communication with Ron, he proceeded to dare me to "go to war" with him and fling insults as if it was his job. I will go out of my way to avoid Ron due to his lack of professionalism and poor business practice and suggest everyone else do the same.  (more)
