Review Description

Ron scheduled transportation and knew he was shipping the body of a vehicle on a dolly, not a running car and no way to put it on a traditional car transport. When the first truck showed up and could not take it, Ron rescheduled a different transportation company and raised the rate by 15%. I was not aware of this increase until after the body had been picked up. During my communication with Ron, he proceeded to dare me to "go to war" with him and fling insults as if it was his job. I will go out of my way to avoid Ron due to his lack of professionalism and poor business practice and suggest everyone else do the same.
