: Florida Car Purchase Shipped To Ohio Fast
I purchased a convertible in Florida and was anxious to get it back to Ohio while there was still good weather. They were able to get my car shipped the next day and I had it five days later. They went over the car carefully to be sure any little spots were known. location near Ft Meyers airport was great and they took me to the gate in their personal car. The driver called me on Sunday before Labor Day to arrange a delivery location for Monday afternoon. When the driver learned how excited we were to get the car, we were able to make a short drive to get it on Sunday. He had the windows washed and ready when we arrived at the truck-stop. Overall,this could not have been a better experience. Youngs is amazing!

: I can reccomend their service empahtically.
I had my just purchased BMW M-6 delivered to illinois. They were prompt accurate and competitve with there price. The car arrived on time and in the same condition it left in. I can reccomend their service empahtically.

Great experience overall, will definitely use Young again in the future! Jeannie was very helpful and picked me up at the airport for transfer to the vehicle. Cost competitive with other quotes I received. Friendly service and car arrived as I dropped it off.

: lack of communication is unacceptable
We have used Youngs for years and have been satisfied. This last time, there was a malfunction with the truck and a part had to be secured. Neither the driver nor the office called us to tell us that there would be a delay in the delivery of our vehicles. We had to call after several days to learn about this problem from the office. Also, we never received the cell phone number of the driver, which we were promised, nor did we have a way to contact the office over the weekend since it is closed. Our cars were to be delivered on a Sunday and were not delivered until several days later. This lack of communication is unacceptable. (more)

We had a great experience transporting our car from Illinois to Florida. Our driver was Randy and he was very friendly and kept us updated. They even delivered the car to our driveway and took their shuttle back to the office. I highly recommend Youngs Transport! (more)

Youngs Transport picked up late, rude, damaged my car in route and refused to fix. Drove 30 miles to deliver to my house without my permission. Driver was rude scary and dishonest. I took pictures before and after and they still lied. Do not use these people. (more)
