Review Description
We have used Youngs for years and have been satisfied. This last time, there was a malfunction with the truck and a part had to be secured. Neither the driver nor the office called us to tell us that there would be a delay in the delivery of our vehicles. We had to call after several days to learn about this problem from the office. Also, we never received the cell phone number of the driver, which we were promised, nor did we have a way to contact the office over the weekend since it is closed. Our cars were to be delivered on a Sunday and were not delivered until several days later. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
