Top Notch Auto Transport - Review

These people I have been in communication with for about a month they gave me the best quote first they gave me a �shipping quote for one car and then we decided we needed two cars shipped from Fort Wayne Indiana to Tucson Arizona we didn�t know exact dates at that point because we were in the middle of selling our home once we realize what our closing date would be at that time So we contacted them when we knew what date we would need them and we got everything set up . Called on June 4 I talked to Chrystal the owner And of course when I talk to her on the phone it was a different quote than what they quoted me when I emailed them I have that correspondence. She explained that they only except cash app or Zelle and at that time I have my own cash app card for my business so I just decided to use that and I paid him that way and according to cash app I have to contact the person that I sent the money to and ask him for a refund which I know I�m not gonna get oneI did not hear anything from them June 15 came when we agreed to pick up my vehicles between 11 AM and 1 PM the time had passed we have been waiting at home for them to come never heard anything so I called and I get the runaround About how they are waiting for the drivers insurance to come through for the cars so then I started asking him questions like why would they not have that ready before hand knowing that they had a job I called him out I talked to Chrystal once again who said she was the owner and then I text them and I have other text correspondence as well I�m pretty upset because we already left for Tucson Arizona which is where we were headed and I�ll cars are sitting at home because I thought they were going to be picked up and then a couple of my friends started doing some research on this company and found that they are nothing but scammers and of course the Quote that they gave me is nowhere near what I can afford now because I got another quote and they said it was $2200 now because it�s last minute . Regarding Transport Order # 8210-WY: As a longtime car collector, I have been having cars transported for about 20 years. My experience with Top Knotch Auto Shippers, USDOT #3251873, MC#1023572, has been the WORST! Their representative, Krystal, lied indicating that they have trucks and she dispatches, as she provided a “low ball” transport fee. She indicated that they could only accept a deposit through Zelle and not the traditional credit card companies that all reputable auto transport companies accept. After signing their agreement which provides for a return of the deposit if they have assigned a driver within 10 days they are to refund the deposit. During the intervening time period they were impossible to communicate with. They would not answer the phone or return messages. They would not respond to text messaging, and the emails I send “bounced back”. They did not provide any transport carrier. Of course, they did not return the deposit. The FMCSA Motor Carrier site indicates that their insurance is pending cancellation. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT ANY VEHICLES.  (more)

Becky was amazing!! We had great luck using this company and Becky was a console to work with. She made me feel very happy trusting her with our vehicle. The driver was actually pleasant and brought it right to our door. I am using her a second time, this time to take it back to Arizona.  (more)
