Tiger Transport - Review

Tiger subcontracted with Midnight Movers in Lakewood, IL. The driver was super careful with my Bel Air. He winched it in and out of the trailer and when he needed to push it a little to get it to roll out he protected the fender with a microfiber towel.  (more)

Okay so I have been a customer here for about 3 years now. I have read some other comments and I am completely shocked on some of them. First of all the staff is always friendly always fun to deal with and are all great people. They have always taken care of all our needs. As far as pricing goes I understand they are not going to be the same price as dealing with the shipper directly. Yes they have overhead, payroll and other expenses so they are going to make a profit. I will pay for conscience and excellent service anytime. I am not sure why people are negative about their costs, I am pretty sure they went into business to make a profit and not take a loss.  (more)

Tiger hires people who either don’t speak English or if they do it’s very poorly , Their lawyers allow this dirty little scam They took my car cover and that was the last I ever saw of it . But that’s OK the rating system is also rigged . I had to provide wood blocks for safe loading WTF*** ( it’s called service people )  (more)

They quoted my $750 and then changed it to $1750 and then by the time I ended up with the 3rd person it went to $2195 and finally after one more phone call they raised it to $2495. They have no clue what they are doing and just keep jacking the price up. Then when it was over and I had finally had enough I cancelled and they charged my card $195 for that. They have no clue how to conduct honest business and are a compete and utter scam of your money. Do not use them!  (more)

This is my first time transportation services with the transport company. The company that shipped my car was a nationwide transport services. They have proved their worth in the first time itself. The pickup and delivery was on time. The driver didnt charge any extra fees in the delivery. The driver was very good to me and to my car. I will definitely use them in a great manner and I recommend them in anyone who uses this service.  (more)
