Okay so I have been a customer here for about 3 years now. I have read some other comments and I am completely shocked on some of them. First of all the staff is always friendly always fun to deal with and are all great people. They have always taken care of all our needs. As far as pricing goes I understand they are not going to be the same price as dealing with the shipper directly. Yes they have overhead, payroll and other expenses so they are going to make a profit. I will pay for conscience and excellent service anytime. I am not sure why people are negative about their costs, I am pretty sure they went into business to make a profit and not take a loss.
