Subject : Terrible Stressful Experience

Drivers are rude and have a severe case of road rage. I had a driver try to purposely hit my car in a parking lot when he cut through a parking lot at a high rate of speed in a tow truck because he did not like that I turned in front of him to park in the parking lot. Not only did he just speed up when I turned into a parking spot he swerved towards my vehicle. This also was caught on video on my dash cam. The driver then became verbally threatening cursing and screaming at me because he wanted to treat a parking lot as a short cut and extension of a roadway. I left 2 messages for the owner who must not feel it is worth their time to return my call.  (more)

Subject : From start to finish this company has been great

We had a man named Jason come help us move our classic 1958 Ford Fairlane and he handled it with so much care. We really appreciate his help and kind demeanor. It seems to be difficult to get good customer service anywhere in this town but from start to finish this company has been great! Thank you so much Premier Towing and Jason was awesome! Subject : excellent

Excellence customer service! I needed a water pump on my Land Rover and they fit me in on short notice. Short turn around time, which was much appreciated considering this is our main vehicle for our family of 6! I will most certainly take our vehicle back to them. Thank you!  (more)

Subject : Premier Towing and Auto Transport

Premier Towing and Auto Transport out of Lexington, KY, moved my Buick from Oregon to Washington in August. The driver damaged the front driver's side valance while loading the car onto the car carrier. Later, in transit, the passenger side rear panel was damaged significantly while the carrier was parked at a truck stop. I have been trying to get Premier to make good on the reported damages since that time. Sadly, I feel that they are avoiding my calls and emails, and, in my opinion, have not made any good faith effort to repair the damages, even though I provided them with estimates from 2 companies more than a month ago. They said they wanted to send out an independent adjustor, but they haven't even done that yet. This is unacceptable. I would like to see them follow through and make the Buick right.
