Phoenix Auto Transport Services - Review

I took my long list of options and carefully reviewed each against this site, TransportReviews, TransportReports, the Better Business Bureau as well as a few others. Selecting only the best - Phoenix remained on my now short list. Though my selection was made based on the helpful reviews of other peoples experiences and professional reports, the price was reasonable. John at Phoenix was easy to contact and quick to respond to my emails. I found John easy to talk with on the phone and attentive to any concerns I had expressed. Shipped a car from AZ to Kansas City area with this company. There was an "actual" contract with clear contract language and ins info in it and they asked for my drivers license picture as part of the process. Other companies seemed shady and had no yelp reviews or contracts, just a quote and take your money... not USA Auto Transport and Phx Auto Shipping. It did cost a bit more than others but worth it. Legit business and trustworthy!!! The only problem is they said it would take 2-3 days to get from Phx to Kansas CIty... the 2 drivers pulled all-nighter and had the car there overnight (one sleeps while the other one drives). Crazy fast and I had to jump thru some hoops to get the person in KC to be there for the delivery early. Overnight is unusual so never expect it. Final thought, Tom from USA Auto was honest/wonderful and followed up with me even after delivery to see if I was satisfied with the process and I said heck yes! Thanks Tom and the drivers!  (more)

I was in need of a car shipped and was trying to find a shipper and get my car transported asap. I additionally needed the car held for a few days until I myself arrived, and this was not a problem either. The car was picked up and delivered professionally, and there were no surprises. The quoted cost was also very competitive. Will definitely use again, if needed.  (more)

Overall, I had attractive good luck with these guys. I got my vehicle on time and all was well there. The only thing that suffering me was the carrier that Jim and the guys at Phoenix Auto used for me. The truck driver was a foreigner and I had a very firm time communicating with him over the phone. He spoke very slight English. The driver was supposed to call me 2 days in advance since I lived a long distance from the drop off and I never did obtain that phone call. It looks myself calling and finding out. Then I was told I had the be there to meet the driver in less than 18 hrs. It really put me in a bind but had to work through it. Then the driver didn't want me to date the check sheet because he was afraid of getting in trouble with his log book with the police  (more)
