John review for Phoenix Auto Transport Services

Review Description

Shipped a car from AZ to Kansas City area with this company. There was an "actual" contract with clear contract language and ins info in it and they asked for my drivers license picture as part of the process. Other companies seemed shady and had no yelp reviews or contracts, just a quote and take your money... not USA Auto Transport and Phx Auto Shipping. It did cost a bit more than others but worth it. Legit business and trustworthy!!! The only problem is they said it would take 2-3 days to get from Phx to Kansas CIty... the 2 drivers pulled all-nighter and had the car there overnight (one sleeps while the other one drives). Crazy fast and I had to jump thru some hoops to get the person in KC to be there for the delivery early. Overnight is unusual so never expect it. Final thought, Tom from USA Auto was honest/wonderful and followed up with me even after delivery to see if I was satisfied with the process and I said heck yes! Thanks Tom and the drivers!
