Parker Auto Transport, LLC - Review

I recently moved and my employer selected this lucky company to deal with all my stuff. As it turns out, I had a lot more stuff than I thought. I lived in a one bedroom apartment of about 900 sq. feet and they packed what amounted to a total of 76 boxes. The crew of 3 guys arrived about 90 minutes earlier than I was expecting, but they prefaced their call from out front by acknowledging they were early and told me to take as much time as I needed before they came in. They were in and out in about 6 hours, which is what the assessor estimated when he came to do the initial inspection. Overall, these guys were so fast, efficient and professional, I bought them pizza and top blocked them on the survey they asked me to fill out after signing away all my possessions. My one concern is they didnot write anything down as I was telling them what was getting shipped versus stored, and they ended up putting my bed in storage versus shipping it. Fortunately, I caught it early enough on the inventory receipt that they were able to pull it from storage and get it shipped to my new address. For now at least, I am very pleased with this company and their communication leading up to the move.  (more)

I used this transport company is 2017 to ship my brand new car from ohio to Las Vegas, I flew my brother in town to pick it up on the day it said it would be delivered and it didn’t not arrive until two days later. I had to pay 2 extra days for my rental and cancel and rebook my brother’s flight on top of the transport cost. Against my better judgement I decided to contact this company again to ship 2 of my vehicles. I requested a few quotes to weigh my options. Ultimately, I was overcharged and disrespected by the extremely rude owner Joanne. She was incredible rude even after I’ve spent nearly $5k with her company. She then cancelled my payment in fear that I would dispute the charges (which I’ve never done in my life) and now I have to pay cash once my cars are delivered. Mind you she did this AFTER both my cars were picked up, otherwise I would cancel but now my hands are tied. This is the worst service I have ever received and it’s truly disappointing. I would highly recommend not using this company.  (more)

The service was excellent. All are very prompt. Everything was transparent. Would like to move in future also. Thanks a lot for all who supported me .Made my work so easy and finished up exactly as to my perception. They try to match up our thoughts and gain our satisfaction. Wanted to get my 2008 GMC Envoy transported in a opportune manner without any damages. I decided to go with parker auto transport, and couldn't have been happier. My truck got moved in a judicious manner and arrived in Arizona without any damages. Joanne is very truthful and upfront about everything from cost of transport, to what to expect during transport. Loved the way this company treats their customer's vehicles! They treated my car like it was value a million dollars and took care of any of my concerns with a fast and very expert approch.I definately suggest them to anyone who wants their car transported at a excellent rate, and still taken care of!  (more)
