: Highly recommend
I hired paramount for a local move. From start to finish I felt that I was taken care of. All of my items where handled with care. My building has weird moving policies and they made sure all were followed! Moving is always stressful but they made it pretty simple and pain free! I have recommended this company friends and family. (more)

I have done work with Paramount on several occassions. I have found them to be top notch communicators, very cost effective and because they deal with only corporate moves, they know how to talk to and to treat exectutives who are being stressed out by moving internatinoally to begin with A+ for Paramount is what I say (more)

: Terrible customer service
Terrible The guys who delivered my shipment had a very poor and negative attitude. If that was not enough I received an invoice from UPS for charges for my incoming overseas shipment. I forwarded the invoice on to my shipping company guy overseas and he sent it to the contact person at PTS. She advised me to ignore it. Then several months later I received another invoice from UPS letting me know that its gone to collection for non payment When contacting PTS I was told that it was nothing to do with them since the charges came after the shipment. I needed to know that in June not in September Seriously do not use them (more)

My car was picked up right on time and driver was very nice. When it got delivered it was in great shape, it was not even dirty which really surprised me. The driver was very friendly, even next time I'm going to deal with them, Thanks for making this part of my move stress free! (more)

I made an inquiry for a quote on the internet with approximately 6 companies, and was bombarded with offers from at least 10 companies soliciting my business.The price was a little higher than the other companies, but after doing my research, this is a small price to pay to have a reputable company do the job.They did what they said and Thanks Paramount Transportation Services for delivering my car on time in excellent condition and you deserve an A-1 rating because of excellent, courteous and professional service rendered to me in the transporting of my vehicles!!! I was referred to this transport by a friend and I myself have referred them to my other friends. (more)

The car was shipped quickly, it was clean and damage free when it arrived, and the driver was courteous. Great company to do business with. Excellent customer service!
