Terrible The guys who delivered my shipment had a very poor and negative attitude. If that was not enough I received an invoice from UPS for charges for my incoming overseas shipment. I forwarded the invoice on to my shipping company guy overseas and he sent it to the contact person at PTS. She advised me to ignore it. Then several months later I received another invoice from UPS letting me know that its gone to collection for non payment When contacting PTS I was told that it was nothing to do with them since the charges came after the shipment. I needed to know that in June not in September Seriously do not use them
