Gold Star Transport - Review

I was very pleased with the attention I recieved from Richard Kealey throughout the entire process. He worked hard for me to find a carrier that was able to meet the price I wanted to be at and also in the time frame that I needed the car picked up and delivered, which was in the same week I made my initial call. After finding the transporter he was quick to return any calls I made to answer questions. The transporter did not arrive when expected and Richard also made calls for me and made sure the transporter contacted me to give me a new time. The transporter was able to pick up and deliever the car on the main road right by my street making it very convenient. I was very pleased and would definitly use this company again and would highly recommend their service.  (more)

I was provided with excellent customer service by GoldStar Transport in regards to the pickup and delivery of my vehicle. I never had any problems contacting this company or receiving a return phone call/email. My vehicle was promptly picked up and delivered using ARS transporting services. The driver, Tony, was great to work with. He worked with our schedule and he also worked with us on the delivery of my car. He couldnot drive his truck down our road so he parked the truck and drove my car to my house. I would recommend GoldStar to others when it comes time to moving their vehicle.  (more)

I called Ellen to ship my legend race car and extra parts. Price was low but a extra for parts. I was a little nervous because i had to pay up front. The last companys only charged a deposit and then payed the balance to the driver when delivered. But all wet well except i had to pay a additional $100 more for the extra parts, then quoted .She was still cheaper than everyone else. Thanks Ellen. The Driver, Hector was very nice and kept me informed on when he picked up and dropping off.  (more)

First I would like to say thankful to Ellen of Goldstar Transport. I was REALLy hesistant on picking a shipper, because I had never done it and I kept hearing so many dissimilar stories. Gold Star Transport not only had the cheapest quote for my car, but got is done without delay. You are often told that if the quote is too low you will be waiting forever to have your vehicle picked up if it is ever even picked up.  (more)
