Review Description

I shipped my vehicle from Idaho to Connecticut when I finished my enlistment with the Air Force. Ellen was very knowledgeable and polite over the phone. She reassured me that everything would go great and to not worry; that my wrangler was in good hands. The pick up date came and went. After calling her daily for 4 days and truck finally came to pick up my Jeep. Honestly this review would be a solid 4 star had it not been for what happened next. While my vehicle was in transit Ellen called me saying that I should pay for the transport via credit card over the phone. She seemed trustworthy enough so I went ahead and paid the 1100 dollars I was quoted. The very next day she calls informing me that the driver would not be accepting card payments and that i would be required to pay him in cash. She assured me that I would be refunded the amount I had paid to her directly. That happened a year ago. She only sent me a check for half the amount and for months ducked and dodged my calls to avoid having to finish refunding me the remaining 600 dollars she owes me. Ellen if you are reading this, You are a thief and a liar. I hope more people see this review before she takes advantage of other veterans such as myself.
