This company is irresponsible, unprofessional and dishonest. They damaged the undercarriage of my car(with less than 1500 miles). To accept delivery,the driver called and asked me to come meet him. Upon arrival, he had the car parked in a way that I couldn’t see underneath where the damage was due to tall grass. When I walked around car, it seemed OK. The next morning, when approaching the car, I saw damage hanging. I immediately called the driver, who told me to call his boss Scott. He told me he wouldn’t discuss it since I hadn’t noticed it when I picked it up. Stay away! (more)

: Poor customer service
My issue is not with the truck driver but with, the driver did an excellent job. Gentle touch has not done their job though, they have not met up to what they advertise. My car was damaged during transport, a punctured fuel filter a measly $145 service job and gentle touch will not return my calls, their insurance will not follow up with the claim because they were instructed to drop it by Scott at Gentle Touch. I had sent over pictures and a detailed email of the damages as Scott requested and now they are not returning my calls. Gentle Touch Auto Transport they are DISHONEST and DECEPTIVE! (more)

: accurate time
The driver who came to pick up my belongings was quite nice and too professional. The car was picked up in the exact time frame and the delivery was in the accurate time limit. I have experienced a best quote in my life. I didnt expect that I will get a low quote. Anyway I had best service in the shipping process. I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is in need of this service. (more)

would like to thank you for your power and persistence in finding a driver willing to pick up Mom's car from Great Falls MT, particularly at this time of the year. Ivan from Auto Trans Experts was patient and stretchy, and Mom's 1989 Taurus rode in style in his new covered carrier. Mom got to say goodbye to her car Tuesday evening, and it arrived safely in Arlington VA Friday morning. My husband and I were satisfied and impressed. (more)

: Good company!
Cascade dropped the ball, mild Touch picked it up. Cascade took forever to find a truck, but when I was put in handle with Todd, he truly saved the day. He was late picking the truck up due to being stuck on a closed throughway due to a snowstorm. Once he had it though, he went above and beyond, taking the long way to avoid closed mountain passes, and putting in additional hours to ensure I received the truck within the tiny window of chance that I had.
