Review Description
My issue is not with the truck driver but with, the driver did an excellent job. Gentle touch has not done their job though, they have not met up to what they advertise. My car was damaged during transport, a punctured fuel filter a measly $145 service job and gentle touch will not return my calls, their insurance will not follow up with the claim because they were instructed to drop it by Scott at Gentle Touch. I had sent over pictures and a detailed email of the damages as Scott requested and now they are not returning my calls. Gentle Touch Auto Transport they are DISHONEST and DECEPTIVE!

Title : Dishonest Customer
Rebuttal : Johann Fiallo is a liar, dishonest and a bully. Johann Fiallo submitted a false claim and when it was not denied by the insurance company Johann Fiallo wrote bad reviews about our company. Johann Fiallo apparently needed his fuel filter changed and wanted us to pay for it . Johann Fiallo is upset since he thought we would pay for his fuel filter to be changed when we did not damage it. How could we damage a fuel fileter and nothing else. Johann Fiallo is deceptive and appears to run scams to collect money from honest people.
