: Horrible Experience
Just had three GST short busses literally fly by my driveway after whipping around the corner where there are hidden drive markers. My drive way, being the hidden drive of one of the signs, I was waiting at the bottom to pull out and if not for rolling my windows down and listening as well as a mirror that allows for some limited sight around the corner, they would have hit and killed me and my infant son. They must have taken the corner at least sixty and I honked at every single one of them to slow down. Unbelievable. I then followed and caught up to them which took a while because they were still speeding, got license plate and information to call and complain and had the office woman say that she does not think they would have three busses out at the same time in the same location. Okay, so now you are calling me a liar as I am forewarning you that your bus drivers are wheeling their busses around like morons. I would be seriously worried about anyone either in their path or using their bussing services and entrusting children to their care.

: Not satisfied.
On Wednesday 09/14/16 a GST bus driver almost ran over my four year old daughter. After my daughter exited the bus, she did not make it halfway across the front of the bus when the driver closed the gate and punched the gas (AS SHE DOES EVERYDAY). My 10year old daughter screamed at the top of her lungs STOP. Rosanne then slammed on the brakes. My daughter got scared and dropped her back pack. The back pack ended up under the bus. This was all in front of my wife and other children. Rosanne then had the nerve to turn to the little girl on the bus who was the safety monitor, and tell her this is her fault because she was not doing her job. The bus driver Rosanne was supposed to be replaced on 09/19/16, GST stated that Rosanne was going to train her replacement on 09/15/16 and 09/16/16. It turns out her replacement was on maternity leave, and will not be returning until further notice. There was no training going on. There have been several complaints over a few years about this particular driver, nothing has been done. If there are any school districts interested in using this bus company, I suggest paying a little more for a quality company.

: Worst Customer service
They do not even deserve one star The absolute worst drivers. One is worst then the next, they do not have a clue. I worry for my kindergartener everyday. My son started off with a bus driver for half the school year and now for weeks has a different driver in the morning AND the afternoon. Its like they hire people for day work. They never know where to stop. Make my kid walk to them and cannot pick him up at the designated bus stop. They drive erratically and from time to time they do not use the lights and or stop signs. Thankfully school is almost out
