Envision Auto Relocations Inc - Review

I requested some info on moving my car cause i was in a bind to move my vehicle. Michael answerd quickly to my inquire, explained all the details and I felt very confortable with him. Everything was set in a few minute and he had a driver about a day and half from them. The driver was on time on boths ends and over I was happy. Envision and their transporters let me know within a two hour window when the car would arrive. I arrived only two hours before they did. The car was in perfect condition and they accommodated my schedule for pickup and delivery.  (more)

I kept calling and was promised my car would be picked up on time. I needed to have my car moved as I was making a move from TX to FL. I always had to call them as no one bothered to take the time to update me, but they d@*$! sure took my money with NO problem!!! The night before my car was to be picked up I once again called Jennifer and she told me that she could not talk to me because "her mother was putting her dog down and she had to deal with that". REALLY!!!???!!! I was insulted and humiliated that as a paying customer she would not give me an answer which she herself had promised!! That was the last that I have heard from anyone from that company! Their customer service is abysmal. NEVER use this company! Save your time! Save your money! And save yourself some aggravation!  (more)

Jennifer helped me find a driver and went above and beyond to get me the best price and fastest shipping. I highly recommend using the company for an auto relocation. Jennifer quoted one rate then tried to get me to pay $200. more. When I told them I will go with another broker she went all crazy screaming at me. Envision screwed around for 3 weeks. I swithed brokers and my truck was picked up the next day. Watch out for this Shady Lady  (more)

Envision Auto was great. I had a car that I needed to ship back up to NY. When I spoke to John over at Envision he was able to schedule the transport for me in about 5 minutes. He just asked me a few questions and said that he would find a driver asap. 2 hours later I got a call back from John saying that he had a driver to pickup my car the next day. The driver showed up on time, he was very nice...he loaded the car and called me before delivery. It couldn't have been easier. Go with Envision, you'll be happy you did! Thank you.  (more)
