Review Description

I kept calling and was promised my car would be picked up on time. I needed to have my car moved as I was making a move from TX to FL. I always had to call them as no one bothered to take the time to update me, but they d@*$! sure took my money with NO problem!!! The night before my car was to be picked up I once again called Jennifer and she told me that she could not talk to me because "her mother was putting her dog down and she had to deal with that". REALLY!!!???!!! I was insulted and humiliated that as a paying customer she would not give me an answer which she herself had promised!! That was the last that I have heard from anyone from that company! Their customer service is abysmal. NEVER use this company! Save your time! Save your money! And save yourself some aggravation!
